Recently, Quanzhou Education Bureau announced the list of the second batch of professional leaders' training targets and the training projects of municipal skilled-teacher studios in Quanzhou Vocational Schools during the 14th Five-Year Plan, and the skilled teachers studio led by Professor LI Hui from nursing department of our college was selected.

The nursing major that the studio relies on is"Key Construction Major of National Key Demonstration Vocational Colleges", "The First National Demonstration Major of Health Services in Vocational Colleges", "Excellent Major of Higher Vocational and Technical Education in Fujian Province", "Class A Cultivation Project of Fujian Industrial Integration Demonstration Major" and "Cultivation Project of Nursing Major Group (Class A) of Fujian High-level Colleges Construction Plan".

Focusing on the central work content of constructing curriculum system, architecture development system and innovative cooperation mechanism, the studio team built a curriculum system with professional post ability as the core and based on the "platform+direction" of clinical nursing work process according to the idea of "sharing basic courses, deepening professional direction and expanding professional skills". It also constructedan integrated development system of "learning, research and promotion" and an effective connection between career enlightenment, vocational education and career development. Taking the medical virtual simulation research and development base as the platform, itwill realize the organic integration of superior resources of universities, colleges and enterprises, establish the interest ecological circle of universities, colleges and enterprises, and strive to cultivate the advanced nature of specialized talents.

Since Quanzhou Education Bureau launched the work of selecting skilled-teacherstudios in vocational schools during the 14th Five-Year Plan, our collegehas successively obtained two projects for cultivating skilled-teacherstudios at the municipal level. The collegewill continue to create a good environment for the construction of skilled-teacherstudios, provide necessary supporting, give play to the role of the studio in the cultivation of high-quality teachers, professional construction and Industry-University-Research cooperation, and promote the continuous improvement of the college's running level.
