To further advance the in-depth development of comprehensive and strict Party governance in the university, and to deepen the normalization and long-term effectiveness of Party discipline study and education. On March 26, the university convened the 2025 Conference on Party Building and Comprehensive and Strict Party Governance, during which participants collectively viewed a special warning education film.

The meeting emphasized that all levels of Party organizations in the university should take the opportunity of carrying out in-depth study and implementation of the Central Eight-Point Regulations to continuously promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of Party discipline study and education, carry out warning education in depth, use “cases around us” to educate “people around us,” so that Party members and cadres are alerted, understand boundaries, and develop a sense of reverence, thereby truly enhancing their consciousness in observing rules and discipline. It is necessary to always maintain a firm political stance, remain highly consistent with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, stay clear-headed and resolute on major issues of principle, achieve genuine learning and belief to solidify the foundation in forging unity of purpose, and demonstrate loyalty to the Party in both words and deeds, achieving unity of knowledge and action. It is essential to fasten the “first button,” thoroughly study and implement the Central Eight-Point Regulations, strengthen warning education for young Party members and cadres, and ensure that they strictly abide by the rules of integrity and self-discipline, thereby building a strong ideological defense against corruption. Education should be carried out in a layered and categorized manner, selecting corresponding typical cases of disciplinary violations according to the characteristics of different levels, fields, and positions of the education targets, with particular emphasis on in-depth analysis of the causes of common and frequent cases, thereby enhancing the relevance of warning education.
