Recently, the Fujian Provincial Department of Education announced the list of candidates for the Fujian Province New Era Vocational Education Master Teachers (Master Artisans) and Distinguished Principals Training Program (2024-2025). Two teachers from our university,Chen Hailing and Lu Jianmin, were selected as candidates for the Master Teacher Training Program.

The implementation of this program is a key initiative to promote the high-quality development of vocational education and strengthen the cultivation of a new era of high-caliber "dual-qualified" teachers. With the goal of upgrading to an undergraduate-level institution, our university remains committed to enhancing faculty development. By leveraging talent development platforms such as the "Vocational Education Master Teacher" program, we aim to build a high-quality talent team.

In the next phase, the university will continue to provide policy support, necessary working conditions, and competitive benefits to the selected candidates, ensuring they successfully complete their training and grow into leading figures in Fujian's vocational education. Their development will set an example and drive the overall improvement of our faculty's capabilities.
