To further advance smart teaching reform, explore innovative applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in course development, and enhance faculty's digital teaching capabilities, our college hosted a special lecture entitled "AI-Empowered New Generation Digital-Intelligent Course Development" on the afternoon of April 2, 2025.The lecture featured Jiang Ying, a Senior Lecturer from Superstar Fanya Group, who led in-depth discussions on core topics including leveraging intelligent technology to optimize courses, enhance classroom interaction, and strengthen teaching management. Attendees included the Director of the Academic Affairs Office, Vice Deans of Teaching from various schools, Academic Affairs Section Chiefs, and faculty representatives.

During the session, Ms. Jiang Ying detailed specific applications of AI technology in course development, focusing on the functionalities of three core modules: Teaching Assistant Management, Knowledge Management, and Basic Configuration. She also conducted live demonstrations of smart teaching assistant scenarios, showcasing efficient methods for managing course knowledge, flexibly adjusting teaching strategies, and shared exemplary practices of AI-enhanced teaching. Participating faculty engaged in interactive discussions on practical applications, implementation challenges, and optimization strategies for intelligent technology in teaching.

This special lecture provided faculty with a valuable learning and exchange platform to deepen their understanding of AI-empowered course development, helping them master the core features and practical application methods of the Superstar intelligent platform. As the digitization of education continues to progress, the college will intensify its exploration in the field of smart teaching, optimize the allocation of teaching resources, and conduct a series of workshops on AI-empowered teaching. These efforts aim to deepen the integration of artificial intelligence in course development and continuously elevate the quality of teaching and learning.
