Amidst the vibrant spring breeze and brilliant sunshine, Quanzhou Medical College solemnly held three dual ceremonies for the Commencement of the 2025 Graduating Class and the Opening Ceremony for the 2025 Cohort in Continuing Higher Education at Huishi Cultural and Sports Center on the mornings of April 16-17. Distinguished attendees included: Huang Bingqiang, Dean of the School of Continuing Education at Fujian Medical University; Chen Zhichun, Party Secretary of the School of Continuing Education at Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Lin Jingcang, Vice President of Quanzhou Medical College; Lin Peihuang, Dean of the School of Continuing Education at Quanzhou Medical College; academic leadership representatives; along with nearly 830 participants comprising graduates and new students from Fujian Medical University Quanzhou Teaching Site, Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Quanzhou Teaching Site, and Quanzhou Medical College's Continuing Higher Education programs.
The ceremonies commenced with the solemn rendition of the national anthem. Party Secretary Chen Zhichun, Vice President Lin Jingcang, and Dean Lin Peihuang delivered congratulatory addresses, extending commendations to the Class of 2025 graduates, welcoming incoming students, and articulating institutional expectations. Subsequently, Dean Huang Bingqiang announced commendations for Outstanding Students and Exemplary Student Leaders. Graduation certificates were formally presented to graduate representatives, while Certificates of Honor were conferred upon recognized students and student leaders. Graduate representatives ChenPeirong, Chen Hua, and Wu Ruibao delivered speeches, followed by addresses from faculty representatives Hu Jianping, Su Liting, and Chen Junxia.
Concluding in a jubilant atmosphere, the ceremonies marked a triumphant celebration. Graduates now embark on new journeys, carrying forward Medical College ’s legacy into their future endeavors.
