Since April 10, QuanzhouMedical College in close collaboration with the Quanzhou Medical Security Bureau, have successfully held three sessions of the citywide training program on medical insurance laws and policies for directors of designated medical institutions at Quanzhou Medical Security College. Jiang Zhenping, Party Secretary of the Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau, Li Xiaoling, Director, and Wang Zongping, Deputy Director, each attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Professor Lin Jingcang, Member of the University Party Committee and Vice President, presided over the ceremony. Over 400 participants, including directors and heads of medical insurance departments from public and private designated medical institutions across the city, as well as members of the lecture team, attended the training, which achieved remarkable results.
Targeted Training, Comprehensive Coverage of the Series
This series of training was conducted in three sessions over six days, focusing on core areas such as medical insurance fund supervision, pharmaceutical service management, medical insurance fund operations, medical service pricing, and procurement management of medicines and medical devices. The course design closely aligned with industry needs, with detailed and highly practical content, helping participants systematically master medical insurance laws and policies, and effectively enhancing their awareness and ability to provide medical insurance services in accordance with laws and regulations.
Enthusiastic Response, Recognized Training Outcomes
This series of training activities received positive feedback and widespread acclaim from the participants. Participants generally believed that the training content was “substantive and highly relevant,” effectively addressing the challenges encountered in the implementation of medical insurance policies in daily work. During the training, participants also engaged in in-depth exchanges with the university on topics such as the conduct of medical insurance training, employment, talent cultivation, and social services, offering valuable opinions and suggestions that provided important references for optimizing future training.
