In order to deepen school-enterprise cooperation and broaden employment channels for graduates, on April 24, 2025, Wang Cuiling, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of our university, led a team to Xiamen Hong'ai Hospital to carry out the special activity of "Enterprise Visits, Job Expansion, and Employment Promotion." Relevant personnel from the Admissions and Employment Office, the School of Nursing, and the School of Health participated in the activity. At the symposium, Ye Peng, Director of the Human Resources Department of Hong'ai Hospital Group, introduced the development overview, project advantages, and talent development pathways of the hospitals under the group. Vice President Lin Jinkuang stated that in-depth cooperation with universities is a key part of the enterprise's talent strategy, and he hopes to establish a long-term mechanism for talent supply with the university through an integrated approach to internships and employment.
