In order to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political work in the university, on April 25, 2025, the "Ideological and Political Dialogue" event featuring a face-to-face exchange between Secretary Li Boqun and teachers and students was successfully held at the "Jingcheng" One-Stop Student Community Service Center on the Luojiang Campus. The event was hosted by Wang Cuiling, Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee, and attended by relevant personnel from the Organization Department, Publicity Department, and Student Affairs Office, as well as representatives of Party members from the First Organizational Branch, counselors, and student activists striving for Party membership. The atmosphere on site was lively, with teachers and students speaking freely. During the exchange, teachers and students enthusiastically shared their views based on their own learning and work experiences. They put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on various aspects such as career guidance, enhancement of research capabilities, ideological and political education, career development of counselors, and the university's development. Secretary Li Boqun listened attentively and addressed the questions and puzzlement raised by the teachers and students one by one. Secretary Li Boqun pointed out during the event that the reflections and suggestions put forward by the teachers and students fully demonstrated their sense of responsibility and mission for the university's development. He emphasized that ideological and political teachers need to improve the effectiveness and innovativeness of ideological and political classes to enhance the results of ideological and political education. Meanwhile, medical students should closely integrate their personal growth with the development of the times, strive to improve themselves, and become excellent medical students. This ideological and political exchange activity was not only a collision of ideas but also a blending of emotions. In the future, the university will continue to innovate the forms of ideological and political education and establish more platforms for communication between teachers and students, making ideological and political education in our university more powerful and heartfelt.
