On April 28, 2025, the Nursing School of Quanzhou Medical College hosted the 2025 Spring Campus recruitment fair at Huishi Cultural and Sports Center. Guided by the Quanzhou Civil Affairs Bureau andco-organized by the Nursing School and the Admissions and Employment Office, the recruitment fair aimed to build a high-quality employment platform for graduates from the Nursing School and promote their employment.
Twenty-nine leading employers participatedin the recruitment fair, representing public and private healthcareinstitutions, elderly careorganizations, and health managementagencies, offering approximately 150 positions in total. College leaders, including Party Secretary Li Boqun and Vice President Lin Jingcang, along with Fang Haitao, Section Chief of the Elderly Care Services Division of the Quanzhou Civil Affairs Bureau, came to the fair. They interacted with recruiters to understand industry talent demands and highly commended the organization of the recruitment fair.
Over 200 graduates returned to campus to participate in the event. They communicated with employers on topics such as work environment, salary, job qualifications, and career prospects before submitting resumes. To better demonstrate their companies and position requirements, three employers including Nan'an Haidu Hospital gave specialized recruitment presentations, where they provided detailed introductions about profiles, vacancies and career paths. Additionally, to tailor the needs of graduates, some services such as overseas study consulting, military recruitment guidance, and resume advice were provided.
The recruitment fair focused on the distinctive features of programs, high quality employment and government-college partnership to empower graduates with diverse options. In the future, the college will further deepen college-enterprise collaboration, expand employment channels, and provide enhanced services for talent development and graduate employment in nursing, midwifery, and elderly care and health management programs. Personnel from the Admissions and Employment Office, School of Nursing, along with graduating-class counselors and teachers attended the event.
