In order to promote the high-quality employment of graduatesof 2025, better serve the employment work, andpreciselymeet the needs of the industry, the School of Health held a special mutualselection job fairon May 8, 2025 to build an efficient job huntingplatform for graduates and interns and help themstart a new career journey.
This mutualelection job fair preciselymatched the needs of the industry and attracted 25 high-quality employers to participate in this fair, including public medical and health units, third-party testing institutions, private medical units, etc., providing more than 100 positions covering testing technology, medical security, health management, occupational health evaluation and other fields. At the same time, a special area for the promotion of conscription work was set up on the spot to stimulate students' enthusiasm for joining the army and serving the country, and broaden the employment path of graduatesas well. The job fair attracted more than 300 students to come, with a total of about 750 resumes submitted and more than 200 on-site interviews. Li Boqun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the college,President Chen Wannan, Vice President Chen Xianyi, and Lin Jincangalso attended andcommunicate with employers to see intothe demand for talents and the development trend of the industry. Communicate cordially with job-huntingstudents to learn about their intentions, career plans and other information, and encouragethemto actively apply for jobsand seize opportunities.
The School of Healthattemptsthe move of the employment thresholdat pre-stage, and run the career planning education and employment guidance through the whole process of talent cultivation. The employers introduced this time have both full-time positions for fresh graduates and internship positions forsophomores,hopingto take the internship as alink to move the "employment promotion" work at an earlier stage, seamlessly bridge theinternship and jobs, and arrange some internships in the training base with the demands human resources,and at the end of the internship,with the willingness of both sides,effectively bolster the signing of employment agreements or labor contracts between the two parties.By doing so, students wouldchange their minds and values, and could aslo alleviate the undesirable phenomena of "hospitalonly" and "employmentdelayed", and lay a good foundation for creating jobs.
