On May 7, 2025, Vice President Lin Jincang led a team to the Nan'an Municipal Public Security Bureau and reached a consensus on cooperation with Zeng Weijun, Deputy Mayor of Nan'an City and Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, on deepening the construction of a safe campus. This collaboration focuses on the security needs of the college and building a new campus security system.

Vice President Lin Jincang expressed the gratitude for thepolice’sprofessional guidance in the fields of anti-fraud propaganda and emergency response, and introduced the achievements of the construction of the three-dimensional security system of "civil defense, technical defense, and physical defense" of Nan'an campus. In the future, a "volunteer firefighter" certification training system will be created, and safety education will be included in the student training program. Director Zeng Weijun said that the public security will provide teachers and students with one-stop services such as household administration and legal aid through measures such as setting up an exclusive police station for "medical-collegelinkage" and a multi-policesortsjoint security team.

In view of the safety characteristics of medical college, such as the dense experimental sites and special emergency channels, the two sides focus on planning three major areas of cooperation: one is to jointly rectify the traffic micro-circulation system around the campus, the second is to establish a whole-process supervision channel for experimental hazardous chemicals, and the third is to build a "three-minute emergency linkage response" mechanism for emergencies.

Lin and his team inspected the planning site of the police station on the Nan'an campus and refined the plan. In the future, the collegeand the police will deepen the linkage to create a "model of Nan'an North New Town" jointly built by the school and the locality.
