In an effort to build a high-quality employment platform, deepen school-enterprise cooperation, and support graduates in achieving better and faster employment, the School of Clinical Medicine of Quanzhou Medical College held the 2025 Campus Job Fair themed “Excellence in Medicine, Guidance for the Future” on May 24 at the Huishi Sports and Cultural Center.
This event attracted 20 medical institutions and pharmaceutical enterprises, offering approximately 155 job positions. The positions spanned multiple disciplines including Clinical Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Tuina, Medical Imaging Technology, and Rehabilitation Technology, creating an efficient employment bridge between graduates and employers.
Vice President Lin Jingcang providedguidance, inspected employer booths, and engaged in in-depth discussions with company representatives to better understand current industry recruitment needs. He also spoke warmly with graduates, inquiring about their career preferences and résumé sending, while offering patient and thoughtful advice on their job hunting.
The job fair was bustling with excitement. Graduates, résumés in hand, actively communicated with potential employers to learn more about job requirements, career development opportunities, and compensation packages.
In addition, the university's Military Recruitment Office set up a promotion areafor a military conscription at the venue to introduce conscription policies to graduates. They encouraged students to showcase their talents on the military stage, thus expanding pathways to full and high-quality employment.
According to preliminary statistics, participating employers collected a total of 228 résumés, with 61 preliminary employment agreements reached. Moving forward, the School of Clinical Medicine will continue to follow up on the signing process of graduates. Based on the success of this job fair, the college will further promote industry-education integration, strengthen university-enterprise partnerships, and plan to host targeted and high-efficient small job fairs both online and offline to further enhance the quality and effectiveness of its employment services.
