On May 29, 2025, the college held a meeting to interpret the sub-project scheme for the "one-stop" student community construction of the "3+1" special action and to promote the work. The meeting took place in the first conference room on the 10th floor of the Library and Information Center. Attendants included Wang Cuiling, Deputy Secretary  of the Party Committee, heads of relevant functional departments, heads of secondary departments, and staff from the Student Affairs Office.

At the meeting, the Student Affairs Office interpreted the "one-stop" student community construction scheme and its evaluation indicators. Then, the leading departments of the six modules, including Party Building andTeamEntry made specific arrangements in light of the "Quanzhou Medical College 'One-Stop' Student Community Integrated Management Mode Construction Indicator System Responsibility List". Relevant departments and secondary departments engaged in in-depth discussions on specific issues concerning the "one-stop" student community construction.

Deputy Secretary Wang Cuiling highlighted the significance of the "one-stop" student community construction. She proposed advancing the work in two ways: firstly, departments and secondary colleges should actively learn from successful experiences of other institutions; secondly, the whole school should fully tap into its initiative and adopt a systematic approach to coordinate the "one-stop" student community construction across both campuses.

The meeting unified thoughts and built consensus. It ensures that the "one-stop" community construction across both campuses will be synchronized and coordinated, achieving the construction goals of integrating educational resources, enhancing management efficiency, and optimizing service quality.
